The Powder Group events are intended for the personal and artistic growth of their attendees. The Powder Group is not a school and does not offer accredited programs of any type.

Hands-on Workshops are presented for four to eight hours and may be single or multiple-day events. Hands-on learning is emphasized. These topics may be directly related to product use or focus on personal or creative development.

Making Up With... events include interviews, discussion and demonstration with top artists in their specific field. Focus is on active discussion with the event participants, the sharing of tips and techniques and the presenters take on the industry as a whole and the craft of makeup artistry.

Pro-Seminars are generally two to four hour events and cover very specific subject matter. These events focus on skill development and are most often related to product use and techniques. Depending on the event, makeup demonstration may or may not be involved.

One-on-One events are presented at your convenience, to fit your schedule and focus on your specific needs. One-on-One events can be scheduled for professional development or personal makeup services, lessons or makeup consultations.

The Ultimate Makeup Seminar is a consumer driven event with a pro-sensibility. These events bring to gether basic makeup technique and demonstration, special guest artists, new product information and passionate discussion of the craft. The Ultimate Makeup Seminar is also available as a Custom Event.

Custom Events can be developed for whatever your personal or business needs dictate. From one-on-one instruction to motivational workshops for large corporate groups, we will work with you to create a program that meets your exact requirements.

Lectures and Panels are one to three hour discussions geared toward business, industry awareness and the personal experiences of the presenter. These events are conducted by one or multiple presenters and don’t generally feature product demonstration.

Artist Conferences and Trade Shows are multiple day events in which a combination of seminars, lectures, panels and workshops are presented. These events are designed to maximize the experience for attendees, combining creative and business skills training along with personal and creative development programs.
