The benefits of practicing gratitude are nearly endless. Taking time to notice and reflect upon the things you're thankful for experience more positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, express more compassion, experience more kindness, and are able to attain and accept success more easily. In this session we will look at some actions and applications you can bring into your every day routines to allow you to feel more satisfied and fullfilled in your own life.

Mindful Action: Thinking of You
remembering who you are and what you stand for. The values, the vision, the ideas and ideals that allows you to take your first steps into becoming the artist and person you wanted to be. By looking back we can clear the path forward and find focus. In this session we will explore some exercises and actions for remembering the moments of magic that made you decide to become the creative you are today. .

Mindful Action: If I Knew Then
We all have moments when we wonder with could've should've would've but when we carry regret it can prevent us from being in the moment and moving on to what's next. In this session we explore the negative emotional reaction that is regret and how it limits us in our life. We will take stock and take action as we explore and identify measures for letting go of regret and holding on to ourselves.

Mindful Action: How About Now?
We tend to spend so much time replaying past moments or planning too much for the future, that we miss out on the great moments that are unveiling right before us. Living in the present allows you to build a life that will become your legacy. This week we will talk about how essential it is for a creative to be aware of what's happening now even as we plan for the future.
