Eugenia’s story is an amazing evolution of a makeup artist, from drug store cosmetics counter girl to 1st licensed pro artist in California, to Emmy nominated celebrity artist, SENNA brand builder, teacher and mentor to professional artists, and internationally noted product innovator.

A pioneer in the beauty industry, Eugenia perfected her art training with legendary Hollywood makeup artists. Film work gave her an intuitive sense of the interplay of lighting and color. She was inspired to design cosmetics with intense pigments and flawless textures that perform exceptionally in the most demanding conditions.

Weston has worked with top celebrities and icons in fashion, photography, TV, film and music. Eugenia was makeup artist for shoots with famous photographers including Helmut Newton, Greg Gorman, Herb Ritts, and Matthew Rolston. An artist, innovator, mentor, and educator, Eugenia’s creativity and love of learning keep her on the forefront of new methods, formulas, and techniques to share with her clients and new makeup artists.

In 1992, Eugenia’s magnificent obsession with shapely brows inspired the breakthrough brow kit with stencils Form-A-Brow®. It makes getting the perfect brow bulletproof. It changed the face of brows worldwide. Her passion for shapely brows resulted in the now best-selling brow shaping service in her SENNA Cosmetics Makeup & Brow Studios.

Eugenia is still hands-on with her SENNA Studio clientele and celebrities. They are her inspiration for new colors, tools, and formulas that put artistry in everyone’s hands. She loves to share her secret techniques and show how makeup transforms beauty and life.

The rare combination of an exceptional beauty eye, a listening ear, and a talent for training makes Weston a makeup celebrity in her own right and an honored leader in the cosmetics industry. Emmy nominated for the 46th Emmy Awards Outstanding Makeup for Bette Midler’s makeup in the TV movie, “Gypsy”.

Merrell Hollis may be known as a quiet storm in the pro makeup arena but his influence on our perception of beauty is nothing short of astounding. As a make-up artist and grooming expert, his creativity has catalogued mediums, models, innovators, celebrities and legends alike. His hands have effortlessly molded the images of an entirely new pop civilization of music, culture and the new black elite. His indomitable standard is precise but he disarms you with his smile, leaving imprints that have opened the doors to lasting relations.

Merrell is well known for his work with celebrity clients including Jennifer Hudson, Wendy Williams, Naomi Campbell, Diane Von Furstenberg and Kim Cattrall along with the talent at Sean Combs Bad Boy Entertainment. His cosmetic expertise has been shared with Access Hollywood, Entertainment Tonight and the CBS Early Show. Editorially, his artistry has graced the pages of Vogue, Harper's, Bazaar, InStyle, Vanity Fair, Essence, GQ, Details, Interview, Rolling Stone, People and Men's health. His work had also appeared in music videos for Sean 'P.Diddy' Coombs, Mary J Blige, Nelly, Usher, Faith Evans and Ludacris.

Throughout the decade, Merrell's consultancy within the beauty industry has allowed alliances with the leaders of Clinique, Bobbi Brown, MAC, Lancome and Versace. His work also appears on product packaging for L'Oreal Paris and Soft Sheen Carson in addition to also being on display in the company's advertising. He believes that good skin is foundation for great make up. Merrell is also a member of the American Cancer Society's advisory board. He feels that it is duty as a man to help uplift and support the needs of people of color and his community.

Matin is one of the most sought after fashion and celebrity make-up artists working today. His work has been published on the international and domestic covers and pages of Vogue, Elle, InStyle, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, and Vanity Fair. Living legends Jeanne Moreau and Meryl Streep, actresses Angelina Jolie, Claire Danes, Julianne Moore, and Gwyneth Paltrow, pop stars Dido, Mandy Moore, and Jessica Simpson -- all are among his clients.

Perhaps most importantly, Matin is the founder of Afghan Hands Inc., a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to helping Afghan widows and disenfranchised women. CNN's Anderson Cooper 360 profiled the Afghan Hands project, and press coverage includes Elle, Life and Style, Vogue Nippon, Lucky and People. The New York flagship store of Saks Fifth Avenue featured the shawls in its windows for "Brush With Greatness" week. Artists, photographers, and designers are working with Matin and Afghan Hands to bring about social change in Afghanistan. The project is a model for change in other countries where women are in desperate need of education and empowerment.

A makeup Maverick who’s eye for photography has encapsulated her ideals of beauty. Inspired initially by the inner sphere of the beauty business, Danessa’s career hit the ground running at the corporate level, where she discovered her true passions aligned the trajectory towards artistry. With insight and business structure intact, she noted the highest opportunities were to alleviate the issues of cosmetic marketing for ethnic skin tones coloring the world. From fair to deep complexions, Danessa aimed to touch all faces equally. Her approach to beauty ignited the desires to co-create with global beauty brands like Kiss and her on-going role as Director of Product Innovation at Benefit Cosmetics. James Vincent

As Director of Education and Artistry for The Makeup Show, The Powder Group and the WWD Beauty Inc Award winning Ardency Inn, James is fortunate enough to work with makeup lines and makeup artists at all levels of the industry. Over the years James Vincent’s passion for the art of makeup has included nearly every genre of makeup artistry. Film and theatre, television and celebrity work, editorial and runway work and includes training and product development positions for such companies as MAC, Stila, Armani, YSL and Make Up For Ever.

James now focuses his career on working internationally in fashion, film, theater and editorial. His resume includes clients as diverse as designers Ashton Michael, Charlotte Ronson and Samantha Pleet. James work in the music industry spans genres and includes legendary musicians from Lady Gaga, Florence and the Machine, and Courtney Love to Joan Jett and the Foo Fighters. In fashion and film and television James resume includes leading ladies like Liv Tyler, Reese Witherspoon and Jane Fonda and has also been privileged enough to work with Barack Obama.

Having worked with photographers including Alexander Thompson, Mike Ruiz and David Lachapelle James work has been seen on the cover of Paper and Atomic and in magazines including ID, V, Index, Wonderland, and Surface. He has been featured on numerous television shows as a beauty expert such as NBC’s The Today Show. James has also worked in television as key artist for shows including American Idol and on stage for productions including Roundabout Theatre’s “The Philanthropist.” Nylon magazine, The New York Times and WWD have named James as a “Makeup Artist to Watch”.

James is currently the Beauty Editor for On Makeup Magazine and Galore Magazine. He contributes to countless blogs and publications including his weekly series Double Dare for Refinery 29 and his weekly column for Beautylish on Building a Better Makeup Kit.

Moises Ramirez

Moises Ramirez | @moisesartnyc

Moises is a New York City-based painter and make-up artist. He blends painting, photography, make-up artistry, illustration, and drawing to influence each another in his work, thus allowing these art forms to play an integral role in shaping and developing one another within his creative process.

Since relocating to New York City 8 years ago , he has conceptualized creative looks for global beauty brands. In his career Moises has participated in a number of editorial shoots for various fashion publications and has worked worked the last 12 seasons of NYFW. Currently, Moises is working as a multimedia artist focusing on a series of art inspired by his work in the beauty industry. Through color and texture, he is exploring the idea of beauty and what we find beautiful today. Moises holds a B.F.A. in Mix Medium/Digital Arts from Arizona State University.

Viktorija Bowers

Viktorija Bowers was born and raised in the sunny Dalmatian Coast of Croatia, where she grew up studying the rituals of beauty in her mother’s hair salon.

Those Rituals taught her that personal interaction and the caring touch can do wonders, not just physically but emotionally. She beleives that role of the makeup artist is to set the mood for the shoot with easy going personality and nurturing environment for everyone involved.As well as being a makeup artist, Viktorija uses pencil and paint to express her creative inspirations. Recently she was commissioned to create 10 ft mural completely out of makeup for French Cosmetic Company “Make Up For Ever”

Viktorija has managed to build an impressive portfolio with clients like Maybelline, Garnier, Olay, Macy’s, Avon, Dove and Neiman Marcus. She was the part of the makeup team for Dick Page and eventually went on to key her own fashion shows for Elle magazine 360 runway collections, including Bebe, Emu Australia and Marithe Francois Girbaud to name the few. Viktorija thrives and navigates high pressure situations with ease.

She has also appeared on TV as makeup expert on TV shows, as well as various public speaking engagements ranging from Sephora classes to introduction videos for cosmetic companies and magazines like Benefit, Tweezerman, NYC Color Project, The fashion Spot to name the few.

Viktorija has helped develop brushes for the beauty tools company Tweezerman, as well as created the makeup looks for some of the official face charts for the Electric palette by Urban Decay, by fusing makeup with her artwork that’s featured in all their stores across the country.

She was honored by Make Up For Ever, as one of 30 featured artists in the industry. It was a campaign to celebrate their 30th anniversary, celebrated by special edition palette, each color representing the artists. Viktorija’s was gray color named Steel.

Viktorija resides in NYC with her husband and little daughter. She is represented on both coasts and travels internationally as well.
