The Program

Presented by The Powder Group Founder, Michael DeVellis, along with James Vincent, evolution is a five day retreat and forum that will bring together twenty professional makeup artists for a week of intensive creative, technical and personal development, career, relationship and business building. The event approaches the attendee's professional and personal development, through on a unique approach focusing on nine principles: Focus, Insight, Clarity, Examination, Creation, Precision, Control, Perception, Discovery. All prospective participants will take part in an interview with Michael DeVellis prior to acceptance to the program. Interview will be conducted by phone and will take place within two weeks of artists outreach expressing interest in the program. Transportation

• Transportation is not included in the event fees
• Airport pickup provided at Provincetown Airport

**Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation by an attendee, a refunded of any monies paid will be made provided we can replace the attendee on the program. If we are unable to replace the attendee, the deposit will be held as a credit toward other TPG programming.
